"JETHRO" is a project of leaders mentoring. It has been never so necessary to invest in those who have been made the administrators of the Church of the Lord. The majority of the leaders of the Church lives under a terrible pressure in their ministries: spiritual, financial and psychologically speaking. They are much charged and overstressed, but not enough recognized or praised for what they do. The hard reality is that the investment available for those who already are working in their ministries is very scarce. Those who are still trying to succeed don't know how to help the others, while those who are well succeeded don't have time to help those who are still trying. For this reason, God has raised Apostle Jefferson Netto to love and help the leaders that He called to His marvelous kingdom. Apostle Netto has proposed in his heart to do everything he can to invest in the lives, families and ministries of as many leaders as possible. It is for this reason that Apostle Jefferson Netto founded "JETHRO LEADERS MENTORING". The main purpose of this project is to invest in the leaders who already are working in the ministry and, even, for who are about to start it. “JETHRO” will always zeal for quality in order to maintain the high level of its conferences, support to leaders and ministries as well as the whole structure that will make JETHRO breathe the whole year.
