"JETHRO" can also be Bible Seminars which can be held in any country of the world. Any ministry can invite Apostle Netto and his staff to perform a Bible Seminar under the banner of JETHRO. It means that the host ministry will provide the facilities as well as the people, while JETHRO will provide the whole structure to make the conference happen.
