JETHRO LEADERS MENTORING IN KENYA

Reverend Tom Otiengo Abungo is the hoster of JETHRO Leaders Mentoring in Nirobi, Kenya. Reverend Abungo is the representative of this project in the African Continent and is being the first leader to hold this amazing conference in the entire continent. According to Reverend Abungu's report, more than five hundred leaders will attend this leaders mentoring conference on Friday, 4th of July of 2008. Also, a powerful cruzade will come to pass on the next weekend in the same city. More than five thousand people are being expected in the cruzade, according to Reverend Abungu.

The Hunger for the Lord in Kenya has impacted the heart of Apostle Jefferson Netto who is investing finacial and human resources to bless this people in the name of the Lord.

The speaker of this first JETHRO in Africa will be Prophet Richard McPherson from London, UK. This is a powerful man of God with an amazing prophetic gift given by the Holy Spirit. Pastor McPherson is the representative of project JETHRO in Europe. He is passionate for the work of the Lord and has traveled around the world to deliver a powerful message the Lord Jesus has entrusted him. "JETHRO" is a project of leaders mentoring. It has been never so necessary to invest in those who have been made the administrators of the Church of the Lord. The majority of the leaders of the Church lives under a terrible pressure in their ministries: spiritual, financial and psychologically speaking. They are much charged and overstressed, but not enough recognized or praised for what they do. The hard reality is that the investment available for those who already are working in their ministries is very scarce. Those who are still trying to succeed don't know how to help the others, while those who are well succeeded don't have time to help those who are still trying. For this reason, God has raised Apostle Jefferson Netto to love and help the leaders that He called to His marvelous kingdom. Apostle Netto has proposed in his heart to do everything he can to invest in the lives, families and ministries of as many leaders as possible. It is for this reason that Apostle Jefferson Netto founded "JETHRO LEADERS MENTORING". The main purpose of this project is to invest in the leaders who already are working in the ministry and, even, for who are about to start it. “JETHRO” will always zeal for quality in order to maintain the high level of its conferences, support to leaders and ministries as well as the whole structure that will make JETHRO breathe the whole year. ANNUAL LEADERS CONFERENCE

The Full Revival Ministries will hold annually a “JETHRO Leaders Mentoring Conference” which will happen in the month of April. This conference will draw those who believe their ministries can do better. God never sends away empty-handed those who are looking for a deeper relationship with His Holy Spirit. This speakers of a such conference will always be men recognized in the field of leadership, who have experience dealing with other leaders. The character and testimony of each speaker will be crucial considering that this conference is meant to provide investment in the formation of the character and ethic in leadership. This project is totally interdenominational and seeks to reach all leaders from any denomination. Our next conference will be in April of 2009, from 9 thru 12 in the headquarters of Full Revival Ministries at 701 Broadway, Everett – MA. USA.

INTERNATIONAL BIBLE SEMINAR

"JETHRO" can also be Bible Seminars which can be held in any country of the world. Any ministry can invite Apostle Netto and his staff to perform a Bible Seminar under the banner of JETHRO. It means that the host ministry will provide the facilities as well as the people, while JETHRO will provide the whole structure to make the conference happen. Apostle Netto and his associated pastors will make this seminar a success with the high level of the ministration, which will raise the level of the personal, spiritual and ministerial life of those who attend it.

FAMILY AND COUPLES' CONFERENCE

For many years Apostle Jefferson Netto and his lovely wife, Pastor Zandra Netto, have worked with the restoration of families and couples. Their 23 years of a very well succeeded mariage gives them the knowledge and authority to advise people how to overcome the difficulties life may bring. Apostle Netto and his wife have two children: a 19 year-old boy, Diego Netto, already serving in the ministry and, a 16 year-old girl, Diminik Netto.

Their strategy is to promote couples' meeting to discuss the common challenge all couples may face in their mariage. Apostle Netto is also very well assisted by other ministers who attend those events he can not do.

SUPPORT TO LEADERS

Due to his long time in ministry, theological background and apostolic ministry, Apostle Netto has been an instrument in God's hands to help and support other leaders in their ministries. Through JETHRO, Apostle Netto opens the door for any leader to fellowship with him and receive a bit of what the Lord, mercyfully, has given him along his ministry experience. Apostle Jefferson Netto's purpose is to serve the body of Christ as well as possible.
